Clear the Air will be having a national conference this March 9, 10, and 11. The meeting is starting on a Sunday this year for many reasons, but one reason is we are hoping to save money on airfare w/ a Saturday night stayover. The block of rooms is set for Saturday the 8th w/ checkout on the 11th.

We have a block of rooms at the Hotel Washington (it's near the White House). For rate info click on the link below.

This conference will be similar in format to the those we've had in the past where we discuss strategy and technical issues. Look for an agenda in the near future.

We need you to register for the conference so we know who and how many people are coming. Go to http://cta.policy.net/conferences/ to register. Febuary 13th is the deadline to register for the conference.

At this link you will see details on how to get assistance w/ travel arrangements and to get financial assistance. Financial assistance is limited so make your plans early so we can figure out how much we'll be able to help attendees.

Also, call you delegation now to make arrangements for meetings. As it stands, Tuesday will be the most flexible day as far as the meeting schedule goes.
